If you get an error message or a crash during purchasing the connection to the AppStore has failed.

Please check at the iTunes account the status of your purchase.
Proceed as follows:

  •      Open iTunes.
  •      Click “iTunes Store”.
  •      Click on “Register”.
  •      Enter your Apple ID and password.
  •      Click on your Apple ID and select  “Account”.
  •      Click on “Purchase History” and “Show All”.
  •      It may take some minutes until your purchase history will be displayed.
