Question: My InApps purchases are inactive



InApp purchases are lost under OS-X

I. Checklist

1. After an update it is always necessary to restore purchased InApps. In all cases you can do this directly from the aerofly program by clicking on “Restore purchases“.

2. Please check for a new updates for aerofly under iTunes -> “Updates” at first. If there`s one please install.
3. Check the free disk space on your the computer. Please also doublecheck a ready proceeded download in your iTunes account under “Purchases”.
4. For the program and the InApps the same iTunes account must be used!
5. If none of these points helps, then please log out at iTunesKonto and delete aerofly under programs. Then please restart the Mac and download the app from the iTunes account (under purchases) once again. After that the purchases (upgrades) has to be restored via the main menu of aerofly (see below how to)

II. Restore InApps (also after an update)

 After an update or aerorfly`s reinstallation the standard version always appears. Higher versions purchased as a InApp before has to be restore.
Please follow these instructions:


Step 1

Take care that your Mac is connected to the Internet and click at the main menu on In-app purchases” and than on “Restore purchases.” Due to the size of aeroflyRC  it can takes a few minutes until the login window  for the iTunes account appears.

Step 2

If the iTunes account login appears please check the Apple ID and enter the password.

Seeing the confirmation you have restored your InApp upgrades and you can fly RC7 Professional or Ultimate again.



If the window Your purchases have been restored successfullydoes not appear, please check the Internet connection, the correct password of your Apple ID and a valid login at iTunes.
