Fehlercode 10019 oder 60000

Errorcode 10019 or 60000:

These error codes indicates a failure internet connection or an error connecting the license server.
Please check these points at first:

  1. The internet connection is working?
  2. Check an available update for your aerofly.
  3. Please use the web dialog for activation.

For aeroflyRC7 applies:

Please install the free update to  V 7.5.9  from here at first:

After that please retry to activate the aeroflyRC  directly via the main menu  “Help -> Activate aerofly”

If the activation still doesn`t work please use this browser activation dialog.

General note: By this way you create a license file by entering the product key and the serial number. The serial number can be found in the aeroflyRC main menu under “Help -> Activate aerofly”. You can simply move or copy the created license file into the user folder. All details are shown on the linked page.

For aeroflyFS1 applies

 

For Windows: Please install the free update (patch) to Version V 1.3.0.1 from here at first

Download Update Version 1.3.0.1 for Windows

For Mac: the aeroflyFS1 was supported up to OS-X 10.9 Mavericks. If you run newer OS-X  and if the FS1 launches please try to activate via  his web dialog: https://www.ikarus.net/en/offlineaktivierung/

After that please move the lic file to the active user folder. It is the same folder where the tm.log file is saved.

For aerofly5, easyFly and aeroflyFS1 applies

Please activate all former Simulators via this web dialog

If you cant find this folder please launch the aerofly5 or AFPD and search for a file named “tm.log”. This folder is also the folder for the Lic file.
