Installation under Windows:
Please download the ZIP and move the file into this folder: C://users /*myusername */Documents/aeroflyRC9/aircraft
After that please unzip the file with the command: “unpack here”. Please do not select “Extract to folder…”
From the next aeroflyRC9 program launch you can select the user models via the model selection and “User models”
The user models from this site can be used in the aeroflyRC9 normal mode (PC monitor) and also in the VR mode (VR headset)
Installation under macOS:
Download the ZIP. In the downloads folder you can see the content of the ZIP automatically. Transfer the aircraft folder into the RC9 user folder. ./Library/Containers/com.aerofly.aerofly-rc-8/Data/Library/ApplicationSupport/aerofly RC89/aircraft. After the next program start you`ll see the new model under “Own models” at the model selection menue.
To locate the …/aircraft folder you also can open the Finder using the “Go to” the menu at the top of the finder. Press the “Option key” to display the “Library” path. Click on “Library” and search for a file named “tm.log”. The directory in which you`ll find the tm.log of the RC9 is the active user directory also with the /aircraft folder.
