Important information on response times: New support requests are usually answered on the morning of the next working day. If you have not received an answer after 2 to 3 working days, please send an e-mail to support(at)ikarus.net. Email support is free of charge, even in the case of individual solutions and problems. Solutions to general questions are always posted on the web. Please bear in mind that our support staff also deserve their weekends and public holidays off. In urgent cases and in the event of technical faults, all open cases will receive prompt information from the emergency service.
