FAQ: Where should I ship an hardware for inspection / repair?

Please contact your local IKARUS dealer at first or send a mail to info@ikarus.netĀ  before returning an interface cable or USB-Commander

Please also double check a malfunction and take in tocu with the technical support before. In most cases a malfunction based on problems with the cable connections or (not used) adapters.

Important note: If you ever send anIKARUS USBĀ  Interface or a SimConnector for an inspection, than please also send all used cables and adapters.
